What you'll do

• Serve guests at the bar and support dining-room service
• prepare cocktails and beverages to recipes and standards
• maintain knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktails, beer, and seasonal offerings
• recommend beverages
• complete bar opening and closing procedures
• maintain inventory and supplies
• collaborate with restaurant staff
• follow responsible alcohol-service guidelines
• and address guest concerns.
