School Psychologist — Greater Detroit

Job overview

The School Psychologist role is in person at partner schools throughout the Greater Detroit area, with 20 hours per week. Compensation is $49–$54.13 per hour, based on relevant experience, credentials/certification, education, and use of a second language in the role at least 50% of the time. Total Education Solutions’ mission is to empower children and adults through customized education and therapeutic services. The psychologist supports student mental health, learning, and well-being by collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals. The role conducts comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations, interprets assessment findings, and prepares written reports with data-informed recommendations.

What you'll do

• Maintain required state and district licenses and certifications
• participate in meetings, training, and professional development
• collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and other professionals
• complete psychoeducational evaluations of cognitive, academic, behavioral, emotional, and social functioning
• interpret assessment findings and prepare reports with recommendations.
