What you'll do

• Perform restaurant team-member duties as needed
• lead team meetings and communicate goals and priorities
• oversee brand training, scheduling, validation, and certification
• ensure brand standards, recipes, and systems are followed
• review guest feedback and drive improvement plans
• support product rollouts, marketing, and in-store promotions
• maintain safety, food safety, and sanitation compliance
• assist with cost control, inventory, vendor orders, and labor scheduling
• recruit, hire, onboard, coach, and develop team members
• conduct self-assessments and implement action plans
• manage cash-control processes and follow franchisee policies.
