The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor – Night Shift role is onsite in Spring Valley, NY, with pay of $48–$55 per hour. The full-time schedule is 11 p.m.–7 a.m. Pine Valley Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a supervisor to support nursing services and resident care at its facility. The supervisor helps maintain quality patient care and a safe resident environment, supports planning and oversight of nursing services, monitors regulatory compliance and staffing needs, conducts hourly facility rounds, and responds to resident and family concerns.

What you'll do

• Help maintain quality patient care and a safe resident care environment
• assist with planning, organizing, directing, supervising, and evaluating nursing services
• support regulatory compliance and availability of equipment, supplies, and staffing
• complete hourly facility rounds
• handle resident and family complaints
• support nursing department customer service standards.
