Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Assists physicians in the performance of diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures by preparing the patient and operating the nuclear medicine equipment in order to obtain diagnostic scans. Prepare and position patients for diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures. Operate nuclear medicine equipment to obtain diagnostic scans. Ensure proper operation of nuclear medicine equipment.
