What you'll do

• Take first notice of loss and establish claims
• request appraisals, estimates, and investigation reports
• communicate with customers through their preferred channels
• review estimates and reports and issue payments owed under policy terms
• document claim files and comply with claims laws and regulations
• write exterior estimates
• assist the team during catastrophes
• help establish and improve workflows and claims processes.
