Managed Services Engineer II

What you'll do

• Provide customer support
• manage tickets and project tasks
• troubleshoot information systems, networks, workstations, and printers
• administer Active Directory accounts and Microsoft 365 functions
• perform network troubleshooting and traffic analysis
• manage anti-spam policies and virus scans
• support email, storage, backups, monitoring, and productivity tools
• document work and communicate ticket updates.
