What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas
• remove meat debris and grease using high-pressure hoses
• mix and prepare chemicals according to specifications
• inspect cleaned equipment
• document work performed
• and follow food safety, GMP, lockout/tagout, and personal protective equipment requirements. The position may work weekends and may require overtime and Saturdays.
