The Severe Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ, with pay of $24–$26 per hour for billable hours as an RBT. What you'll do

• Provide ABA-based behavior treatment services to children and adults with autism, working 2:1 with patients and families under BCBA supervision
• teach communication, social, and self-help skills individually or in small groups
• collect data and report progress on treatment goals
• follow confidentiality and mandated-reporting standards
• communicate with clients, families, and colleagues
• attend meetings, trainings, and workshops
• follow safety and protective hygiene practices. After BT training and before RBT certification, the posting states $20 per billable client hour and $16 per non-billable training or administrative hour.
