What you'll do

• Carry a caseload and meet billable service requirements

• manage client programs, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans
• conduct assessments and consult with case providers
• maintain documentation
• supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians through training, feedback, and parent coaching
• comply with HIPAA and mandated reporting requirements.
