The Client Experience Specialist – Governments and Institutions is a full-time, onsite, hourly role in Worcester, MA. Compensation is $32–$38 per hour. What you'll do

• Manage client-service workflows across advisor teams
• serve as an escalation point for complex service issues
• communicate proactively with clients
• oversee complex transactions and account updates
• review and process service requests
• maintain client documentation in CRM and operational systems
• coordinate service across custodians and platforms
• prepare periodic reports and client review materials
• support training and workflow improvements
• ensure adherence to firm policies and regulatory requirements
• collaborate with investment advisors.
