The Assistant General Manager role is onsite in Jacksonville, FL. Compensation is $19–$25 per hour. The role supports Prime Car Wash’s location operations and its focus on service quality and guest experience. Working alongside the General Manager and staff, the Assistant General Manager helps run daily operations, coach employees, and maintain wash quality. The position also supports sales, customer relationships, equipment and supply needs, and the development of the team, with a stated path toward General Manager.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day car wash operations and open and close the location
• coach employees on wash quality
• engage with clients and build relationships
• perform sales, labor, and detailing positions as needed
• operate car wash equipment and order chemicals, supplies, and products
• use the point-of-sale system and other wash programs.

Why this role

Preferred qualifications include 2–3 years of leadership or management experience. Car knowledge and detailing skills are a plus but not required. The location operates 8 a.m.–8 p.m. daily, with 8 a.m.–6 p.m. during daylight saving time, and is open 363 days a year.
