What you'll do

• Provide owner-side oversight of contract administration for data center construction projects. Review contracts, amendments, change orders, notices, claims, payment applications, milestones, and commercial obligations
• monitor contractor compliance
• coordinate with project delivery, cost, schedule, procurement, and legal teams
• maintain contract and risk logs
• identify and escalate cost, schedule, and delivery risks
• support negotiations, audits, closeout, and leadership recommendations.
