What you'll do

• Install, disconnect, and troubleshoot video, internet, telephone, and alarm equipment.
• Identify and remedy customer-perceived issues.
• Review services with customers to ensure understanding.
• Educate customers on product usage.
• Maintain and stock vehicle and equipment.
• Perform on-call and after-hours duties as required.
