What you'll do

• Perform light electrical and plumbing repairs, carpentry, painting, drywall work, appliance repairs, custodial and grounds tasks
• complete work orders and preventive maintenance
• prepare apartments for occupancy
• maintain tools, inventory, and records
• coordinate with vendors and respond to calls during scheduled on-call shifts.
