What you'll do
- Provide clinic-based clinical leadership and supervision within a three-tier ABA service model
- supervise, mentor, and train Behavior Technicians, Registered Behavior Technicians, and Clinical Supervisors
- participate in weekly supervision and leadership meetings
- conduct FBAs, VB-MAPP, EFL, and other clinical evaluations
- develop treatment recommendations and assessment reports
- use OBM principles to support staff performance
- assist with performance management and staff development
- partner with Clinical Directors and administrative teams
- communicate with clients, families, supervisors, and interdisciplinary team members.
