The Member Care Champion / Medical Assistant (Part-Time) is an onsite role in Mankato, MN, paying $19–$24 per hour. This role supports the clinical operations team by guiding members through check-in, measurements and diagnostic procedures, appointment coordination, and communications. It helps maintain an efficient member journey and accurate clinical documentation while coordinating with providers and other teams.

What you'll do

• Welcome and check in members
• measure and record vital signs
• perform non-invasive procedures including body measurements, body composition and metabolic testing, and EKGs
• coordinate follow-up appointments and rescheduling
• assist with new-member onboarding and eligibility verification
• conduct lead outreach and follow up on missed initial appointments
• handle calls, emails, voicemails, and app messages
• coordinate with other departments
• maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
