What you'll do

• Advise clients on commercial real estate transactions
• structure, negotiate, and document acquisitions, dispositions, mortgage and mezzanine financings, joint ventures, development, and investment transactions
• draft and negotiate agreements and related documents
• conduct due diligence and coordinate closings
• manage transactions through closing
• collaborate with clients and attorneys across practice groups.
