Compensation is $14–$0 per hour. The Bistro Cook (PM) role is an onsite position in Mount Pleasant, MI, at the Courtyard by Marriott on CMU’s campus. Pay is $14 per hour; The cook supports evening dinner service at the hotel’s Bistro outlet. This role prepares daily food production to brand recipes while maintaining food quality, sanitation, and safety standards. It helps the Bistro deliver consistent meals and hospitality to hotel guests.

What you'll do

• Set up the kitchen on time
• prepare food according to brand recipes
• check food quality and quantity
• follow quality assurance and health department standards
• keep the work area clean
• rotate goods using FIFO
• clean equipment and work areas after service
• follow production and cleaning charts
• report problems to a supervisor
• support accident prevention and complete administrative duties as required.
