What you'll do

• Supervise and direct nursing staff on all units during the evening shift
• make rounds to monitor resident condition, care quality, and unit operations
• respond to emergencies, changes in condition, and clinical concerns
• communicate with physicians, families, and departments
• manage staffing call-outs and reassignments
• oversee admissions, discharges, and transfers
• ensure timely, accurate documentation
• address concerns and escalate as appropriate
• support infection control, safety, and emergency procedures
• mentor staff
• provide shift reports to the incoming supervisor.
