What you'll do

• Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts

• monitor resident conditions and interventions
• communicate with physicians, residents, and families
• ensure medications, treatments, and nursing services follow care plans
• respond to emergencies
• review documentation
• assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers
• support infection prevention, quality improvement, and staff development.

Why this role
