The Entry-Level Water Resources Engineer role is onsite in Longmont, CO, with compensation of $62,400–$86,000 per year. The role supports Schnabel Engineering’s water rights and water resources engineering team, developing water supply solutions for Colorado projects. The engineer assists with water-rights analyses, water availability and operations modeling, ArcGIS mapping, and technical reports. This work helps the team evaluate water use and availability and prepare engineering materials for projects and water proceedings.

What you'll do

• Assist with historical water-rights use analyses, review decrees, calculate groundwater effects and projected usage, support operations modeling, prepare ArcGIS maps and report figures, and assist with technical reports and presentations.
• Some travel may be required.
