The base salary range is $237,719–$312,006 per year. The role joins Oscar Health’s Clinical Affairs team and reports to the Vice President, Clinical Affairs. The director provides scientific leadership for clinical and pharmacy policy, ensuring policies are evidence-based and aligned with current clinical developments. The role contributes to care quality and organizational decisions by translating research into policy, advising leaders, and coordinating clinical expertise across teams.

What you'll do

• Lead research, development, revision, and clinical accuracy of medical, utilization management, and pharmacy policies
• advise executives on therapies and clinical trends
• support clinical and lifestyle products with evidence-based research
• foster academic partnerships
• review specialty society guidelines
• maintain evidence-grading frameworks
• oversee clinical advisory subcommittees
• partner with Pharmacy Services, Legal, and Compliance
• support regulatory interactions
• comply with applicable laws and regulations.
