What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, select, onboard, and train Quality Inspectors
• oversee finished-product and raw-material testing
• develop and review quality programs and procedures
• collaborate on product and specification issues
• maintain safe inspection and testing areas
• record audits and support QSB implementation
• coordinate failure analysis, corrective actions, and customer reporting
• organize inspection workflow and resources
• monitor performance and training records
• prepare quality reports
• recommend efficiency improvements.
