What you'll do

• Track vacancies and report metrics
• update property management systems
• monitor upcoming vacancies
• photograph available units
• prepare listings and leasing reports
• complete and follow up on Section 8 RFTA paperwork
• follow up with applicants
• process applications and screen and interview tenants
• assist with documents
• coordinate with nonprofits and government agencies
• complete tenant intake and leases.
