What you'll do

• Hire and maintain the sales team
• manage storefront operations, schedules, breaks, and task lists
• coach attendance, upskilling, and performance goals
• track and report sales metrics
• develop profitability and customer-satisfaction strategies
• coach customer service, complaint resolution, transaction processing, inventory accuracy, warranties, and returns
• train employees on software, policies, and procedures
• maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
