Fire Restoration Technician

What you'll do

• Retrieve work orders and load job equipment and supplies
• explain restoration processes and next steps to customers
• complete assigned work and maintain quality control
• perform fire and smoke damage repair, water extraction, contents pack-out, and directed demolition or light construction
• adjust drying plans based on meter readings
• inspect completed jobs and obtain customer signatures
• communicate issues to supervisors
• prepare notes, photos, and other documentation for insurance reimbursement.
