What you'll do

• Execute physician plans of care
• provide skilled interventions including complex wound care, infusion therapy, and medication management
• complete OASIS data collection at required time points
• coordinate with the Clinical Director and therapy teams
• travel daily to patients’ homes throughout Las Vegas and Henderson
• manage an independent daily route.
