The Director, Global Technology — Core role is onsite in the greater Seattle, WA area, with possible locations in downtown Seattle, Federal Way, Lynnwood, or Bellevue (Factoria). The director leads a global organization through a shift toward engineering-led, product-oriented technology delivery while maintaining operational excellence. The role sets direction for infrastructure, cloud, developer experience, endpoints, and data center facilities, aligning teams and investments with customer outcomes, reliability, security, and business commitments.

What you'll do

• Lead approximately 140 people through senior managers, technical product managers, and architects
• develop leaders and succession plans
• own organizational commitments, capacity planning, and capital and operating budgets
• manage roadmaps, operational health, and delivery risk
• advance Infrastructure as Code, automation, and pipeline-based delivery
• guide technical decisions and architecture standards
• partner with Cybersecurity, Site Reliability Engineering, regional technology teams, procurement, vendor management, and Legal
• oversee provider relationships and technology investments.
