What you'll do

• Lead a multi-country team and PRS delivery activities
• build team capacity and support local hiring
• mentor, train, and coach team members
• manage performance reviews and timesheets
• provide technical guidance across E-Drive, Transmission, and Driveline
• ensure on-time delivery and first-time-right metrics
• improve project quality scores
• manage risks, escalations, and change management
• report progress to client program leaders
• support customer satisfaction, margin optimization, purchase orders, invoicing, and commercial growth.
