The Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) role is an onsite position located in Beavercreek, OH. The Registered Nurse (RN) will conduct patient assessments, develop personalized care plans, and educate nursing staff on hemodialysis standards and equipment to ensure high-quality, compassionate outcomes.

What you'll do

• Provide direct patient care to inpatients in need of hemodialysis.
• Supervise care and treatments, conduct patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns.
• Build rewarding relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid in their recovery.
• Educate nursing staff on the care of the hemodialysis patient, hemodialysis equipment, and hemodialysis standards of care.
