It contributes to customer support and shop performance through safe, quality repairs, cost control, and communication with shop management.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions
• disassemble and assemble components to manufacturer specifications
• rebuild, repair, recondition, and maintain equipment
• plan and control repair costs
• complete parts orders and identify returns
• communicate customer needs to shop management
• mentor and help train technicians
• maintain clean work areas and follow safety policies
• work overtime as required by workload and customer needs.
