What you'll do

• Connect with prospective customers through leads, referrals, outbound calls, and follow-up
• learn customer needs and recommend coverage
• quote and sell auto, home, life, business, and other insurance products
• build relationships with new and existing customers
• maintain a prospect pipeline
• identify opportunities for additional products and coverage
• work toward individual and agency sales goals
• participate in ongoing training.
