Field Supervisor

What you'll do

• Lead and motivate technicians, including daily huddles
• visit job sites to check quality, safety, equipment, and supplies
• coordinate schedules and assignments based on customer demand and technician availability
• train and coach technicians
• monitor performance and provide feedback
• resolve customer complaints
• maintain job, material, and labor records
• conduct vehicle and safety inspections
• identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services
• enforce company policies
• participate in management meetings
• fill in for technicians as needed. The schedule may include long hours, evenings, holidays, weekends, on-call availability, and travel.
