The Curbside Delivery Team Lead role is full-time and onsite in Urbandale, IA. Pay is $25 per hour, and the schedule includes one weekend day. The team lead supports daily delivery operations, driver accountability, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction. Working with the Curbside Manager, the role coordinates routes and coverage, addresses driver and customer concerns, monitors compliance and fleet readiness, and may operate delivery routes as needed.

What you'll do

• Support daily Curbside operations
• communicate route feedback and adjustments
• assist with multi-state delivery coordination and operational changes
• cover routes as required
• complete delivery paperwork and system updates
• direct and support drivers
• resolve driver and customer issues
• monitor DOT hours and time tracking
• coordinate time-off requests
• enforce safety and delivery procedures
• document damages
• maintain truck service schedules, inspections, cleanliness, and equipment readiness.
