What you'll do

• Supervise production and support personnel
• manage daily operations, production schedules, safety practices, and SOP compliance
• communicate policy and process updates
• assess and record training
• support hiring and employee development
• address operational issues and recommend improvements
• cover the assigned call schedule, including holidays.
