The role partners with Growth Marketing leadership to support user acquisition, retention, and gross profit expansion at Metropolis, which is building AI-powered experiences across parking, retail, and hospitality. This role turns transactional and behavioral data into measurement, experimentation, and predictive tools that guide marketing investment and business decisions. It works across Growth, Product, Finance, analytics, and data engineering to improve growth strategy and operationalize reliable data insights.

What you'll do

• Design and refine predictive models for multi-touch attribution, customer lifetime value, and customer acquisition cost efficiency
• analyze cohorts, retention, conversion, repeat behavior, and churn
• lead A/B tests, geo-experiments, holdout tests, and incrementality studies
• partner with Growth Marketing and Finance on unit economics, marketing spend, and channel goals
• collaborate on event tracking, growth data pipelines, and executive dashboards
• use AI tools and analytics frameworks to improve analytical workflows.
