What you'll do

• Operate and monitor gluing equipment
• assist with production and packaging as workflow changes
• inspect finished products for accuracy and visual quality
• follow production procedures and safety guidelines
• maintain a clean workstation and support 5S efforts
• float between work areas to address bottlenecks
• meet production rates and quality standards
• perform other general production duties as assigned.
