What you'll do

• Post payment line items, discounts, coordination of benefits, patient responsibility, and denial codes
• resolve payment-entry discrepancies
• analyze claims and link line items to services
• reconcile remittance files, EOBs, ERAs, EFT deposits, scanned payments, and lockbox payments
• document adjustments and resolutions
• and collaborate with billing to address payment-posting issues.
