What you'll do

• Provide individual and small-group counseling and classroom lessons
• support students with academic, behavioral, social, or emotional concerns
• respond to crises and coordinate services
• monitor attendance, academic performance, and behavior
• support school transitions and eighth-grade graduation planning
• collaborate with families, staff, and community partners
• participate in SBLC, RTI/MTSS, PBIS, Section 504, and IEP processes as appropriate
• maintain confidential records.
