Senior Area Manager

The role maintains safe homes, supports staff performance and training, and coordinates documentation, service plans, and communication with families and providers.

What you'll do

• Supervise and lead Direct Support Professionals
• oversee residential homes, safety, activities, documentation, and staff coverage
• review records and Therap reports
• approve timecards and leave requests
• support Individual Service Plans and attend ISP meetings as the DDP
• communicate with families and residential providers
• coordinate staff training and department meetings
• provide personal care support when necessary.

Why this role
