The Pasta Prep Cook role is onsite in Scottsdale, AZ, with compensation of $19–$22 per hour. The cook prepares fresh pasta and related ingredients to support kitchen readiness and consistent service. Accurate preparation, safe equipment use, sanitation, and teamwork help the culinary team deliver the restaurant’s food and guest experience standards.

What you'll do

• Support the executive chef, executive sous chef, and kitchen team
• prepare fresh pasta doughs, fillings, sauces, and ingredients to recipes and quality standards
• operate pasta-making equipment safely
• portion, shape, cut, and store pasta
• maintain prep standards
• set up and break down the kitchen
• keep the workstation clean and sanitary
• label, date, store, and rotate ingredients using FIFO
• communicate shortages and equipment concerns
• follow opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures and food safety regulations.
