Program Supervisor

The Program Supervisor role is onsite in Hilo, HI, with compensation of $22–$26 per hour. Pacific Quest provides licensed and accredited residential mental healthcare on Hawaii Island, using integrative, nature-based residential treatment for adolescents and young adults. The supervisor leads daily programming and supports residential staff while helping ensure residents receive individualized care aligned with treatment plans. The role contributes to a safe, structured therapeutic environment through staff coaching, coordination with medical and clinical teams, and direct resident support as needed.

What you'll do

• Manage an assigned location, staff, and residents
• oversee daily programming and individualized care
• assess risk and communicate needs
• supervise and support staff through scheduling, debriefs, feedback, and performance documentation
• collaborate with the Medical Team on directives and wellness programming, including medication administration or self-administration
• collaborate with the Clinical team on treatment plans and interventions
• maintain training and certification compliance
• model and uphold company values
• cover direct care responsibilities as needed
• fill in for operational needs
• participate in staff reviews
• mandated overtime may be required if relief staff do not arrive
• may participate in an on-call rotation.
