What you'll do

• Serve as finance business partner on the site Operations Leadership Team
• analyze and communicate financial and operational performance drivers
• lead forecasting, budgeting, planning, reporting, consolidation, and analysis
• manage the location performance pay plan
• design and monitor internal controls
• ensure US GAAP and corporate reporting compliance and audit readiness
• strengthen standard and product costing
• lead and develop the site finance team
• support continuous improvement and special projects.
