What you'll do

• Support or lead HRIS implementations from discovery through post-launch
• configure benefits administration systems
• coordinate carrier, broker, and vendor integrations
• test and validate configurations and data
• assess HR processes and recommend improvements
• advise on employee relations and compliance matters
• draft policies and documentation
• train client teams
• build reports and analyze HR data
• manage ACA reporting and filings
• coordinate client engagements, timelines, deliverables, and risks.
