What you'll do

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and ticket systems
• maintain accurate support records
• onboard and check in with assigned professional accounts
• manage salon, spa, and other professional accounts for growth, retention, and satisfaction
• identify upsell opportunities and promote product launches and seasonal collections
• troubleshoot application issues and provide product-use education
• monitor account health and communicate trends or concerns
• maintain CRM data and contribute to internal improvement initiatives.
