What you'll do

• Lead enterprise implementations through planning, deployment, and hypercare
• build relationships with executive and C-level stakeholders
• align delivery with customer priorities
• support new Professional Services offerings and Customer Success scoping
• assist sales with RFPs and prospect conversations
• deliver demos, workshops, webinars, meetings, and training
• coordinate technical and integration work with Product, Data & Analytics, and Engineering
• analyze customer feedback and track satisfaction, adoption, and engagement
• mentor junior team members and improve delivery methods.
