The position maintains the community through repairs, preventive upkeep, painting, and grounds work, while serving as a backup driver for resident and employee outings when needed. What you'll do

• Perform routine maintenance repairs and projects
• implement and schedule preventive maintenance
• respond to resident and staff requests
• paint and complete drywall work
• maintain project reports
• provide lawn care and snow removal as needed
• serve as backup bus driver for scheduled outings as needed.

Why this role

Requires 3–5 years of maintenance experience and a D3 chauffeur’s license or passenger-endorsed CDL; on-call availability is required. Shift is 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
