• Manage community inquiries and admissions
• respond to referral-source calls
• conduct tours and follow up with prospective residents and families
• maintain bed availability and referral-source information
• support occupancy and census mix
• coordinate sales and marketing plans, meetings, budgets, and results
• communicate projected admissions and discharges with community staff
• recommend admission decisions
• maintain knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and applicable regulations.
