What you'll do

• Set up banquet rooms to event specifications
• adjust layouts during service and reset rooms afterward
• transport tables and equipment
• set up temporary dance floors, stages, and AV equipment
• transport food, beverages, and equipment to off-premises events
• train new team members
• monitor inventory
• receive and verify supplies
• respond to guest concerns with a manager
• follow health, safety, and hygiene standards.
